Offering high-quality CNC milling and drilling services, Jamison Industries boasts two
4-axes CNC vertical machining centers. With rapid traverse rates of 1600 inches per
minute, 2.2 second chip to chip tool change time, and a 4th axis indexing head, our
HAAS VF-2 series are perfect for small to medium size product that require the shortest
cycle time. For larger work our Kitamura Mycenter 2XiF is up for the job. The Kitamura has
a gear driven spindle for high torque applications, box ways to reduce vibration, and the
capability of changing tools in excess of 17 pounds. Having these two vertical machining
centers allows us to mill a wide range of part sizes. Our ProtoTRAK DPM SX2P is a full 3 axes CNC controlled bed mill that is perfect for prototype, short run and custom tooling/fixtures. Give us an opportunity to quote your mill/drill needs.
